நோயாளி, நோயைத் தீர்க்கும் மருத்துவன், அவனுக்கு உதவியாகிய மருந்து, அம்மருந்தை அருகில் இருந்து தருபவன் என்று அந்த நான்கு பகுதியை உடையது மருத்துவ முறையாகும்.
